5.1 Service Fees

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JK Health Care AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kashmir, India.

7.4 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

7.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
